Wondered if there might be a group out there interested in a round this weekend (am game fri/sat). I was looking at this Bad Bellingen course and thought might be worth a try otherwise I am open to suggestions.

I have today tried to do the Migro online golf card so am hoping it will be sorted in time but there may be troubles if I will have to prove my cap since have been casual golfer the last few years. Was around 22 HCP this holiday.

Anyway let me know your thoughts... first time post....

i've played in bad bellingen a few times this year and its great. two great 18 hole courses together.

be warned one of the par threes has a sandbunker which is 100m long by 70m wide :O)

I have played a little bit here. I have been going to a nice 9 hole out in France at La Largue golf course, but this is a good 40 minutes drive from basel.
Today i'll try bad bellingen, i've been dying to get back out on to a 18 hole course.
I think there is one more course close by... but not too sure on the name.. schwigegen or something like this

I have now booked for 9:12 sat morning for round 1 and 15:00 for round 2 since I have now learned that cost is day rate so will go for marathon. In the end will make beer taste better. There is room if someone wishes to get in on either round or for the day. Let me know....

And about that sand... Some pay good money to go to spend the day at the beach but best I guess best to avoid having the ASGI revoke my licence

I am planning on heading to nice course Monday. Thinking about Les Bois. I will open new thread for it when decide where I will head.

I was just wondering if anyone plays or has played at the Golfclub Markgräflerland Kandern. I am thinking of joining and wanted to get some details

I have a temporary membership in Kandern this year and can recommend the Golf course and friendliness of the secretariat and professionals. Unfortunately for me it is a 1.25 hour drive and that can sometimes get a bit much but I thoroughly enjoy playing the course. Please PM me if you want any more information.

I know this is a bit late for this weekend but I will be moving to Basel shortly and just wondered about a decent club to join and also whether there are any local societies
