Slightly off topic, but check with your insurer if they support you financially for an approved gym / fitness center.

I have not heard of a monthly membership yet.

But at the Migros Fitnesspark Stockerhof, you can pay per visit. It costs CHF 35. Or a card with ten entries for CHF 320.

They offer monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and 12 monthly memberships.

Obviously 12 monthly is cheaper per month than the monthly one.

A friend of mine made an agreement with them, that if he signed up for 3 months, and then wanted to extend it to 6 months, rather than pay for 2x 3 months, he could just pay the balance of the 6 monthly one after the in initial 3 months.

Thank u for the answer! Finally I found one, Silhouette, it's a very nice gym and you can pay 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Is in Langstrasse 192 but they have 10 gyms in Zúrich.
