Lausanne weight lifting

Hi all,

I've been wanting to get into weight lifting (just for fun, mind you) for a while now, and I was wondering which gyms have the best free weight equipment (barbells, plates, dumbells...). Everything I've seen so far is mainly cardio and machines.

Ideas? Suggestions? Experiences? I'm all ears.

Thanks!
AK

Free weights are all the same, all depends on the form and how you do the exercise
and how you eat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ooGLzqDGd0w

Re: Lausanne weight lifting

You could try a Les Mills Bodypump class which are offered by many gyms such as Silhouette. That's how I got into weights. The classes tend to be designed for higher repetition/lower weights, but you can build up your resistance. I find them quite fun
