Hi, where can I find a good pair with pastic base?

All I can find in google is from Germany or UK.

They should be for a beginner.

Thanks

Link is for youth - probably mis-interpreted beginner, but you can navigate from there.

Re: rugby boots in Switzerland

I thought molded plastic studs weren't permitted in rugby as they flatten, causing sharp edges. Only screw-in studs are allowed.
This was many years ago, but the only shop I know of that sell rugby gear is in Rolle, on Lac Leman.

The links to Swiss Rugby Shop (posted above) which seems to have loose affiliation to the FSR (Fédération Suisse de Rugby), offers both types of stud.

Maybe as a beginner on a training ground, it may not be such a strict consideration.
I would also hazard a guess, that if they're asking, they may have been recommended to seek plastic studs, by the club with which they may be playing.

May be something here: http://www.suisserugby.com/

Plastic studs are not so dangerous as the others when you are a beginner.

Yes, I meant beginner but adult.

Thanks for that link. They don't have many options but better than nothing.

Re: rugby boots in Switzerland

I was recommended to take a look at Dosenbach, but the internet site doesn't work since days and when I was there, they didn't have for rugby, but many for football. What do you think?

Re: rugby boots in Switzerland

Why do they have to be plastic studs? Plastic blades will suffice.

For trainings are plastic studs much more confortable. Alu studs are good for competitions, Meles, you have more force but they are not so confortable... I would really need both later but I prefer to start with the confortable ones. :-)

Round plastic studs. I think I will find this type in normal soccer shoes.
