ice skates where to buy or rent

Need to get or hire some new ice skates for my daughter, who has been skating now for some years. Read that the make Riedell make very good skates, but can not find a reseller in Switzerland?

Can anybody recommend a good place we can buy ice skates in Lausanne/Bern area?

Thanks

Stop by the local rink and ask there who sells stuff local to you.

Chip Sport is very, very ice hockey orientated, I'm not sure if they would have a good selection of artistic ice-skates.

Grafskates for hockey or artistic.

What size does she need? We might have something in the cellar.

Re: ice skates where to buy or rent

You can also go to Janz Sport in Lausanne.

www.janzsports.com/

Avenue Édouard Dapples 40, 1006 Lausanne

They are very much for figure skaters. It is maybe a bit expensive, but depending on how serious she is about skating, it may be worth a look.

We bought our daughter skates from Chip Sports but her skating outfits from Janz Sport.
