Any Running "Beginners" in or around Villeneuve?

Hi
I'm a Mum of 2 living in Villeneuve (along from Montreux) and I am keen to start running. I am hugely unfit at the moment, after putting on weight after having 2 babies in the last 2 or so years, but I am really keen to get my running shoes on.

Does anyone know of any clubs in the area where they offer REALLY easy training for beginners, or are you in the same kind of position as me and perhaps really want to "get out there" but lack confidence.

I had started training last year, and got up to being able to run 4kms or so (pathetic I know...), but then I hit upon some personal problems and it all went crashing down! I am determined this time that running will be able to help me keep on top of such things!

It would be great to hear from anyone who could help, or anyone in a similar position.

Thanks
Jane
