Why does it have an additional short tube welded on a bracket to the headtube? Weld quality is horrible as well.

Looks pretty cool actually! Better than the city scooters. Check out the video and you can see that it`s pretty quick although obviously aimed at the urban flat(ish) market.
Who needs a seat anyway? . .

And those without handbags. No seat and no bag holder... I don't get it- how do you start to ride it without falling over?
