Sorry, the name "bike" is reserved for the original, pedal-powered version.
A bicycle without an engine was the original version, so it gets to use the shortened name "bike." Strapping a motor onto a bike came later, and so has the modified name "motorbike" - if you want to shorten it then you could say "moto".
Just to be inconsistent, I will grant you that a "biker" is someone who rides a motorbike and not a bicycle, the latter are always "cyclists".
