Does anyone know if there is bikram yoga (hot yoga) in Lugano? or nearby?

The last time I checked, you only options are in Zurich or Geneva, although a new one is opening in Lucerne in a couple of months.

I used to go to the one in zurich, and I would highly recommend it: http://bikramyoga.ch

Yep - the one in Lucerne is scheduled to open in Feb/March 08 according to the international class finder on www.bikramyoga.com

I second Everyman's recommendation of the Zurich class

I would love to have an early morning yoga class before work - I talked to one of the instructors last night at the Bikram yoga studio but it seems the demand has not been present in Zurich for such a class.
