Can people use Flexible flyers on cresta run

Being from the east coast of the United States i experienced mostly icy winters. The sled of choice in my day was the Flexible Flyer because of the incredible speed and steering capabilities on icy hills. This question is for American expats. Is it possible for any one to go down the famous cresta run in St.MORITZ head first with helmet on with these sleds.I believe i might be able to pass 70M.P.h with turtle wax on the runners

It takes 30seconds to read their website - how difficult is that????

Dress: wear warm, tough clothing, and bring gloves and goggles. We provide the rest of the riding equipment and tuition.

Obviously!!

You're all far too delicate and precious, and no-one wants you to throw yourselves down an ice tube on a 20kg tea tray.

Then they can take what bits of you are left in said bag for recycling.

The reason you don't see them over here is the laying down head first or sitting steering with your feet. That and the Braking on those just don't slow it down so fast. Next is the skinny runners sink into the heavy snow here. I think that's why anyway. I too had thought about it at one time years ago. I gave up on the idea and bought a racing sled in Austria, it turns wonderful with my feet on the turned up part out front around really sharp curves. It is alot faster than my old Flyer ever was.
