Coming from Australia, i love my netball - it was one of the hardest things to give up for the year!

Was wondering if there are any places near Gais, St. Gallen or Appenzell where you can join a netball team? A few people have suggested korbball, but after checking it out on YouTube, it's not really the same.

Can't help directly but there is a Zurich netball league, maybe contact them as I am sure they have links to all swiss clubs. So if there is one in your area they are sure to know.

There's definitely active netball teams in Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva and, i think, Basel. There's tournaments held twice a year in Lausanne between teams from these clubs, generally May and Sept, organised by Netball Switzerland (www.netballswitzerland.ch). Also there's a few trips abroad with players from around switzerland competing together. Not sure if there's anything else nearer you though...
