Is there a treadmill repair service available in Basel? I had a MOVIT treadmill TS 5000 and it is showing an error E1, so would like to have this fixed.

In case there is no service in Basel, is there an agency in Switzerland which could provide such service?

Hi, I had tried to contact MOVIT dealers i.e Maxstore( as the contact address provided in the MOVIT webpage was that of Maxstore ) and when I contacted Maxstore they informed me that they cannot fix this problem as they are an online shop and that they no longer had the particular model in stock anymore.

Sorry if you've already tried this but did you contact the manufacturers and ask them who you should contact?
