Let's see if I can re-start a somewhat old thread. I'm planning to start going to the prenatal yoga classes at Birthlight in Zurich, and I would love to have company for the motivation of actually going. I tried today and the plan just sort of fizzled.

I understand they have yoga instructors who will speak English if you don't understand German, and have gotten a few recommendations for the place.

Any interested parties? Or, if anyone has a class they like (which includes English instruction) in the Hoengg/Hongg area, I'd love to hear about it.

New to the forum, 20 weeks pregnant and want to start going to prenatal yoga in Zurich, but need to get motivated.
I have been reading your postings and was wondering if you have started to go to prenatal yoga and if so where?
