Any EFers caught in Grindelwald ski lift?

According to Le Matin and other news sources 151 skiers were stranded when a ski lift's braking system froze, and were evacuated by helicopter. Anyone from here involved?

Been there, done that. Colder than -2 too. To add insult to injury, my chair stopped just above a restaurant chalet, so I could smell first hand the crispy fries and suave steaks.

Re: Any EFers caught in Grindelwald ski lift?

We were in Grindelwald yesterday, on our way up the Jungfraujoch, and just saw the helicopters flying around. So, no tales of derring-do from me.

Wait, I almost froze my fingers off while trying to take pictures similar to the one in Cata1yst's current avatar. Does that count?
