Hiya! Would anyone be interested in playing badminton one night a week in Oberwil (next to Basel)? (Tram 10 from Heuwaage towards Dornach)

It would be CHF30 for a court and the centre sells rackets/shuttlecocks etc.

This would just be a social knock-around and a chance to get together with other ex-pats but minus the beer! Well, maybe afterwards...

Let me know if anyone is interested! Me an done other are interested so far, it obviously helps if you bring a partner or we have equal numbers.

I'm pretty much free Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and I wouldn't mind playing a bit. I have to warn you, it is possible I will be completely useless, but I am competitive enough to try hard if that works!

I think we have agreed on Wednesday as the day. WE're all pretty useless, it's just an excuse to meet up with other women and do a bit of excercise to balance out the wine from the weekend. So we'll be playing for about 5 hours then... haha.

I have to admit, I do like wine.
But badminton will do ok as well!

Where abouts do you play?

Yep, same person, not too many Caoimhes in Basel!!!! Come to think of it, not that many in Ireland either, relatively speaking.

Unfortunately, won't be able to make it tomorrow, I'm making dinner for a friend who is going back to china, but bar that, I free all other Wednesdays.
