Seems like the McFit at the Zurich main train station offers Tae-Bo but they call it Fila-Kick power and is only offered on Wednesday nights from 18:00 - 19:10

Thanks a lot. I am not from Zuri and I find it great that it is in the main station. . Have you ever visited that gym?

I personally have not been there but read in another thread somewhere here that there is a member that does go there and seems to like it.

on the same subject - anyone know of any place in Zurich which offers martial arts instruction in English? my german is really not up to the level required for taking martial arts classes, not yet anyway...

Nope, but I've done some MA classes in German and found that one tends to learn things pretty damn quickly.
