We are looking for a couple or mature individual to share a three bedroom apt. in Verbier for the ski season (1.12.2008 - 2.05.2009 except 16.02-7.03 when the owners are there).

The chalet is located just steps from Medran (the main lift). Each bedroom has two beds each. I have one room and a Spanish couple from Geneva have one room. We are looking for someone who is interested in skiing, is neat and orderly and is not only there to pass his/her time in the Farm Club. From previous experience, we are not interested in renting the room to two individuals who are sharing.

Cost is CHF 7,350 per room. There is a good possibility of renting the chalet for the two weeks around Christmas which will reduce the cost a bit.

the chalet then costs somewhat 22.000 CHF/month total and one room/ month is 7350 chf??? including buttler service, free champagne each day and a BJ from mrs. landlord= scarlett johanson in the morning before hitting the slopes??

Sorry, it must be an English presentation thing. Yes, in fact the amount is for the 5 month rental (apts. in ski resorts are rented for the "season"). If you know the prices for apts. in Verbier you know that this is a very good price. You often pay this amount for a two bedroom apt. The location is as good as it gets.
