I go once a week for an hour and have "homework" assigned - a number of training sessions I must do off my own back before the following time, usually including specific stretches, etc. I would suggest you start with the special offer - 3 session package and see if you like it, then I think it depends on you; your availability, your goals, level of fitness, etc. They'll advise you on that sort of thing, but at the end of the day, you're the customer!
And no worries about bothering me; I can enthuse all day!
