I'm planning to relocate to Basle or the surrounding area with my family and I was hoping that someone could let me know if there are any of the following:

- Running clubs or groups of people that I can go out running with approximately twice a week.

- Twaekwondo classes in english that I can attend with my six year old daughter.

- Circuit training classes

Search for Hash House Harriers for the running.

I'm getting a feeling of deja vu here...

I'll be in Basel from March 12th.

We can run together a couple of times a week if you want.

I don 't think the Harriers are my cup of tea.

Hopefully, I'll be relocating in April/May.

I usually run 5-7 miles at about 9 mph. When I go running on my own I do road running and cross country (which I prefer) when I go with a club. How about yourself ?

I looked at the harriers and I'll probably go when I've enough spare time to run and socialise at the weekend.

However, I thought that groups of people would meet up several times a week for runs.

Any luck finding circuit training?

It does, in the form of CrossFit (which includes circuit training elements): CrossFit Basel (SFW)
