Hi All
The Basel Stadt Lauf (5.5K) run takes place on Saturday the 28th November.
This is a very special run, well supported by the locals of Basel and runs through the centre of Basel under the christmas lights.
We start from next week Basel stadt lauf training groups for all levels of runners at the Basel Dragons running club.
The training sessions starts on this Monday 26.10.09 at 18.30 and Thursday nights at 18.30 for the next 5 weeks.
For 20 chf you will receive membership for 5 weeks (2 sessions per week).
You will get coaching, advice by qualifed coaches / team leaders.
Use of the club house showers and bar facilities.
You will a taste of what our club normally offers including invites to night outs along the way.
To top that if you run as a member of the Basel Dragons club at the stadt lauf you get free food at the after run party in Pickwicks pub in Basel.
All non members are also welcome along to join the party and cheer on the runners on the night.
