What exactly do you need, is it for you or perhaps a child? You need some kind of one on one training?

Im not thinking about myself before my fellow footballers come rushing in with comments (meaning i need coaching myself) but maybe I can point you in the right direction.

idea is one on one, adult f, 13 years playing football at school, university and. 1st division team, however out of the field for the last 2 years due to nasty knee contusion as usual, not completely out of shape as sports had been on the table just not football, so if you or anyone have any ideas, would be much appreciated!

No, not 1-1, but found clubs, several actually, not sure about any in special that would be english speaking but i dont think he would have much trouble speaking, its playing anyway.......take a look at http://www.stadt-zuerich.ch/ssd/de/index/sport.html
