I just joined this yoga class at Airyoga (News) near Bellevue. It is quite a nice place as far as I've experienced.

Have just arrived, but have noticed a lack of yoga places in Zurich (and there seams to be nothing in Zug), but have found an interesting place.

Hot sweaty yoga - you'll either become totally addicted or hate it straight off!

I havent been to the class in Zurich yet (I used to go in Dublin all the time www.bikramyoga.ie) but will report back once I get there...

Dont be put off by pics of people with feet up over their ears ...

Dislike it with passion. Not a problem in summer as you are hot inside and hot outside. But in winter a total, immediate and guaranteed cold, unless you are prepared to sit for a hour after the class to cool off.

Once cold winter evening, in London around Old Street, came out of the class – dripping sweat (although a shower was taken, but you are just sooo hot that you continue to generate heat for long after) my neck muscles seized and I ended up crying on the street not knowing how I will get home, so miserable I was – although I only lived one tube stop away.

But anyone are welcome to make their opinion.

I would stick to Ashtanga (at Air Yoga).

Thanks for the info on PlanetYoga, am853! I tried it out for the first time last night and really liked it.

The yoga class on Monday nights at 6pm is in English, and is for any level including beginners. The teacher is really good in my opinion -- I've done yoga for years, and it was one of the best classes I've done.

My husband liked it too, and he wasn't the only male -- So I recommend it for all you guys out there who are interested too!
