Unfortunately there was not much interest in the EF group fitness session in Lausanne. I will try again when the weather warms up again and see if there is some more enthusiasm next year. I am running some private group sessions and other outdoor activities over the winter. So feel free to drop me a message when you get here and I can let you know the details.

I am looking for the same thing, although further towards Villeneuve would be my preference. I am extremely unfit, far too overweight, and need some motivation! I used to run (just a little), but then had two babies in quick succession. Running is something I have always wanted to get into and maybe work towards some fun runs eventually.
At the moment, I could probably barely manage 10 minutes, but I guess we have to start somewhere.

Everyone seems to want to run - but not many seem to be doing it. I'm now closing this in the hope that runners in the Lausanne region will answer in this newer Thread.

I'll probably be in terrible trouble with someone as I've joined all the old posts together. My idea is that the few good ideas and links can be found more easily. Please forgive me if you don't like the result.

Even if you don't all get together, it MUST be easier to find someone to run with if everyone posts in the same Thread.
