Aerobics Classes in Lausanne????

Does anyone know where one can do aerobic classes in Lausanne or of any gyms???(english speaking!!!)

try Silhouette just near the Riponne. I went in there the other day and the nice man at the desk spoke to me in English when he spied my awkward French accent...
