Right...so I live 10kms from central ZH, work next to HB, and want to cycle to work. I've got a bike, a secure place to leave it, and possibly even a discount from work to buy a new shiny road bike...but I don't have shower/changing facilities at work. I'd like to make the most out of the commute fitnesswise so I'm trying to find somewhere I can grab a shower after the morning ride in. Idealy I'd have somewhere cheap, open early and late, and within a short walk of HB.

I've looked at the showers etc downstairs in HB, but to be honest I'd rather not use them...so my next thought was joining a cheap gym. I've had a look online, but as expected the memberships fees are high, and don't seem to have any "lite" membership options.

Anyone have any ideas? Know a cheap gym?
