Looks like having "bought" EF, they're just applying their usual model to it.

Although the site has been online for a little while already, it is only just barely launched "officially". The bugs are being shaken out. Still a few to go though, as noted above.
There is an announcement planned for Monday. Full details then. In the meantime, have a great weekend!
