I was wondering, is Switzerland subject to any U.N; CoE; Agreements concerning the assets freezing of suspected terrorists?
Also, could you link me to the name of the agreement?

Lets say, I have $750,000.00 in one solid bank account in the United States or United Kingdom.
If I got suspected of being a 'terrorist' with all my links to PROFESSIONAL Cyber Groups, then I might be deprived of my Mars bar a day.
If I put my account in Switzerland, I will be able to get my Mars Bars* and Pepsi** while I'm in the United Kingdom, or United States.
And that my account can not be frozen in Switzerland automatically by the U.N or CoE.
