Pro foreigners placards in swiss french part

Hi...

Some time ago someone had posted a link to the pro foreigner placard .. in response to the SVP one...
i have looked hard but cant seem to locate it... could some one send it to me if they have it.. it also has the sheep.. but coloured ones.. something in that direction...
