Absolutely. I was in Steamboat Colorado a few years ago. The politicians had had a massive 'clear out' of foreign workers and were really pleased with themselves. THEN they realised (duh!) that they didn't have sufficient staff to service agriculture and tourism, and many other sectors and had to have massive recruitment of ... foreigners.

A bit different to the situation here, where many foreigners work in other sectors.

...SVP would not get any votes... , that would mean that they had to focus on the real issues...what a pity, but maybe it's better for all that they stay from real politics...

Good one, it's always good and important to point out the positives of foreigners in the country, especially at a time when the negatives are discussed!

Keep in mind though that a vast majority of Swiss are fully aware of it, including the SVP.

Yes but a vast majority of Swiss are never the less supports of the SVP

They are the largest party, but at even say 30%, the vast majority do NOT support the SVP!
