Sorry if this is covered somewhere else (I searched and could NOT find it) but is there a website that covers local/up to date news and current events in Zurich?

When there were sirens and commotion recently I turned on zuri tv and saw a chat show... so I looked on the internet but only found generic sites that list international and "big" news

When there was a protest or truck pile up in West Australia I used to look on a news forum that would have reports within minutes of any local issues. It was really handy to tell friends to find another route, avoid an area etc.

I'm sure there has to be something similar here - I just can't find it!

Sorry but I think the local news section in the internet presence of the normal newspapers is as close as it gets in Zurich (and radio news of course). Everything in German though. They could be faster but they shine when it's about sport and election results...
