I tried to ask one question (not the one about "Swiss"---that was a joke), but I don't know if it got through since it says my e-mail format is not correct. Please tell me they do accept mail from servers like gmail.com because that IS where I actually get most of my e-mail!

Technical prowess is not one of their traits. They've had dysfunctional, taxpayer-funded (there's a hint) "contact us" processes on their website ever since I can remember. I've brought it to their attention more than once, but nothing has changed. Which is why I won't bother asking them anything.
