CSC - Caisse suisse de compensation

Hi all!

Today is a great day for me after a several years that Iīve tried to contact the Swiss government about my CSC. So, I came finally to receive an answer letter by DFF from GE.

Now Iīm in a little problem: I donīt have two Swiss papers to joint them for my next letter,
Le certificat de mariage et le jugement du divorce copy.

īCause when I entered in Brazil, in 2006, I was still married. Only in 2010 I knew that I was divorced! It wasnīt my ex-husband who gave me this new and my divorce wasnīt friendly, of course.

So, how can I do to get these papers? īcause I am always in Brazil and only Swiss papers that I have it is the Certificat de Travail from enterprises that I worked in GE.

Please, give me those informations, even if I e-mailed them for an answer.

Glowjupiter! could you help me for this case, please? or someone else? Iīll appreciate it. Sorry, Iīll need some serious informations to take necessary procedures.

Thhankkk sssssoooo muuuch, honeys.

Re: CSC - Caisse suisse de compensation

Your marriage got registered at the place of marriage. That's where you should be able to get a certificate.

Divorce is usually ruled upon by the court responsible for:
- the place where the couple lives at the time divorce is initiated
- if living apart, the place where the person initiating the divorce lives

In my mind it would make sense if the divorcing court informed the place of marriage about the ruling. So if you don't know where the divorce happened you probabaly want to ask when you request the marriage certificate.

Presumably you need to prove your identity.
