Swissquote Bank rates too good to be true?

I've seen various threads extolling the virtues of the Swissquote dealing system, which on the whole I agree with, even if it is a bit clunky. But what about Swissquote Bank? They currently offer 1.25% interest on CHF deposits (and 2.0% interest on Euros) in their Dynamic Savings Account. Given that the SNB base rate is 0.5%, this seems to be too good to be true. What's going on?
