I'm in Zug (just outside of Zurich) and looking for a cheap place/way to buy Castrol TWS 10W-60 motoroil for a BMW M3. I know this may seem trivial, but I just can't bring myself to spend 36CHF/liter from the BMW dealer when the stuff costs $10/quart in the US.

Last time I was in the states I bought the oil filter ($12 compared to 60CHF here), but I didn't get the oil as I wasn't sure the DHS would appreciate me checking 6 liters of hydrocarbons on an international flight. I looked at buying it on ebay.ch from Germany for 14CHF/liter but the shipping on it makes it as costly as buying it here.

www.reifen-direkt.ch - although be warned, specialist oil takes a while to arrive. The 0/30 I use in the Alpina took around a month

Get in your BMW.

Drive to Germany.

Buy oil.
