guys i am looking for cheap taxy from Lugano to malpensa the most of them ask for 200 Euro , U guys do you know any cheaper ?

Why don't you take the Malpensa Shuttle or the Starbus service??

I would avoid Starbus...lately after a change in the management of the company they are having issues with drivers and it happens their delays (around one hour!) are absolutely unacceptable

because these buses to Malpensa airport they dont offer any bus for midnight !

Door-to-door I use www.tishuttlebus.ch

60 francs return for Malpensa from your door in the Lugano area.

Which is the same price as the bus from Lugano FFS....

Does that link do taxis at anytime? i had a look and could only see a timetable much like the malpensa express bus, but then again my italian is rubbish so i didnt read the whole website!

The TILO ( www.tilo.ch ) operates the S30 train to Malpensa airport.

Journey time: 2 hours

Cost CHF22.20 one way ( Bellinzona to Malpensa airport )

Started September 2011, more frequent after December 11th, 2011 upon Winter timetable change.

For GA Holders, it is CHF9.10 one way by the train to Malpensa from Luino ( plus a short walk to the terminal ) or CHF6 OW from Chiasso to Milano Centrale.

While I know this post is about going to Malpensa, I also wanted to say generally that Lugano airport is pretty reasonably priced for flights. Much cheaper than you'd imagine for some more commonly traveled routes. If you factor in transportation, time, tolls and parking it takes to go to Malpensa, in the end flying from Lugano airport is pretty comparable.

They are generally reliable, but I missed this once because the bus left a bit early. Get there with ample time.

Maybe cheaper to buy a car!
A shuttle service makes sense here
