I am about to buy a 125cc motorbike. I prefer a higher riding position, rather than a scooter. What 125 cc bikes are available in good condition? in switzerland. Any help, names, models, where to buy wouldbe appreciated.

Basically any Enduro.. The higher the seat height the better. Try to keep it Japanese as they're reputed to be the most reliable and have cheapest and most widely available spares.
