Since they revamped their website a few months ago it's looked great but not worked too well.
Their "offers to Euroean cities" page seems to need the information entering twice for some reason. And I also tried to find out the price from Basel to Lugano - no real plan to go, just wanted to know how much it would be - for a super saver price but gave up. I had to type something into a name and DoB boxes just to get the outbound times, and then the "next" button just kept reloading the same page. (IE8 at work.)

when i put in geneva it doesnt search, but when i put geve a drop down option appears and i select geneva from there. then it works..

It looks like you can buy the tickets 14 days in advance, which is better than before.

super saver are available only online and u need to print them. these cannot be picked up from train station
