wondering if there are mazda6 owners who could provide with some useful info.

I need to change the left side mirror for my mazda6 since its cover is broken a little. The mirror works perfectly fine and from front side broken side is not visible as well. The mirror itself or the controls for adjusting it are in perfect condition.

Yesterday went to mazda garage in St Louis in France, and they told me that they will have to replace the whole mirror and would cost something close to 300 euro.

I see that the same mirror could be bought for less than 50 dollars on ebay, and perhaps any garage could fix it then.

On the other hand, the mirror is fully functional, only that it does not feel good to have something broken in the car; so I might just live with it

you can normally buy the cover as a seperate item, look around ebay etc

GhettoChic works, but only in Basel Stadt.

well I am not too far from there actually, but mirror with my car is surely in much better condition (thank you for making me feel good )

I will post some pictures tomorrow to make it more visual
