If have never done this myself, but my friends tell me that, if you use a hairdryer and blow some hot air on it, it will easily come off after a few minutes.
Don't blame me if somebody takes a picture of you sitting in the car with a hairdryer

OBI, COOP Bau & Hobby and Migros Do-It sell a sticker removal tool which has a sharp metal scraper with plastic handle and a set of wet-wipes to remove the glue.
You can can usually find similar kits in petrol stations.

Personally since I have three cars to do, I go with the hairdryer (2 minutes hot heat) and a plastic scraper (you should be able to find something in the kitchen) followed by some lighter fluid/make up remover pads to get the glue off. Then a final spray of window cleaner and you are done.
Remember, there are only THREE approved places to put the vingnette. The places are shown on the back paper (upper left corner, lower left corner, behind the rear-view mirror).

Mine is on the lower left corner as the one for 2011 was behind the rear view mirror, however it is squint. I won't even ask if this is allowed as i know the probable answer. Oh well!
