Driving conditions in Bavaria (German only)

For Feb 2nd, 2012, it will be cold. Very cold. Very very cold. And Switzerland will be the same. The maximum temperature will be between -6 C and -13 C, and that's just in the "flat" parts of Bavaria and Switzerland, i.e. A1 to Zurich and St. Gallen, cross into Austria, north into Germany, A96 to Munich. Just as well your journey does not take you through the Alps or the foothills.

You have remembered to buy an Austrian motorway tax sticker, haven't you?
