I am looking to rent a Limo, that can hold 10 or so people, just for an apero, like an hour or hour and a half. We are having a party, and want to kick the people(women) out for about that time while I re-organize the house as it is an all day thing, and thought that could be an interesting lure.

However, the few I have found online so far, are what I am used to in the states for a whole evening. The mileage would be low, just for the Prosecco and moments out of my house.

Anyone have any suggestions? Or Recommendations?

Probably a case of 1) Swiss labour rates and 2) travel time & distance to/from your event and 3) the fact that even a few hours work means they can't take another booking that evening.

As soon as I saw the title of this thread, I thought to myself "that's going to be an expensive evening"

Well it will, but I rather it not be 1k for an hour or two.

Contact some of the larger taxi companies in your area and see if they offer it, as that is how it works around here. I know one or two that do it around this area, but it would be too far for you/them.

I would go for the Hummer

SBB do private tram trips around Zurich, you can take your own drinks and nibbles, no idea of the cost but my wife did one for a work appero and said it was ok.

That's VBZ, not SBB, and it's pretty close to the CHF 1k mark (or well over if you include catering).
