Unfortunately I'm still confused about the paperwork to sell my car. Is there official paperwork needed to sign the car over to the new owner? If so, can I get that online?

I know the plates have to be sent into the stva.

I was going to call stva, but I think my first experience makes me try to ask you guys for help first
