The double-decker IR trains are low floor, but you are limited to one car - the through passageway is on the upper deck. Or get on in the bike car (usually the end car, ie at the opposite from the Loco, park the pram in the bike area, take baby out, and go upstairs. (On some lines, there is a
playground in that upstairs area which is brilliant, if shocking if you're used to UK 'elf'n'safety standards, but these are still being rolled out I'm not sure the Zurich-Zug-Lucerne trains have these yet).
Otherwise there are some low floor trains on the S9, but that's a slow way to get to Zurich.
