Great news for anyone travelling on the 325 bus in Dietikon. Since late last year they changed the bus times and my opinion is a desaster. Anyway, after missing the train a couple of times due to this, I decided to complain in writing (email is just fine in this case) The nice man at the desk gave me a card and I decided to write in a friendly, showing appreciation for the Swiss Transport system, bla bla bla... well, what I wanted to write was "WAN....., you are all idiots" Ok, i was miffed as I was late for an appointment..

So, instead of just being fobbed off, or even ignored, I received an answer within 1 hr, requesting more info and within 2 days, received a confirmation that yes "WOW WOW WOW " the bus time would indeed be changed to suit my personal requirements from May 12th 2012.

How impressive is THAT!?

Wow wow wow! That is absolutely excellent service, unbelievably fast!
