Hi,
Just spreading the news about our almighty "service des automobiles" in Lausanne, Vaud.
It looks like it started from a clever idea of monitoring the attendance to their offices.
They even came up with a clear illustration:

English:

So know that the service has identified that there is hours where there offices are flooded (they even used the term
stormed), they recommend....................................
............
.............that
you come at different times!!!
Even better they show consideration and understanding (
"Without changing your habits, we therefore strongly recommend you plan your visits accordingly, the extent of your capabilities and emergencies course")...
Ho Almighty administration, I will change my life for you! I will sacrifice my work and will kill a chicken (Swiss one) to please you....
PS: There is none of these genius who have made the link between their opening times and the working hours?
None of them have even considered a second that they should have opening times adapted to the main part of the population (working people)?
None of them have even though about adapting their "answering capacities" to those rush hours instead of asking the users to...come when it's less busy????
