Is it possible to rent a van/truck to move across town?

Hi everyone:

I want to move everything out of my apartment (2 rooms) into a storage facility. Does anyone know whether it is possible to rent a van/truck to do this?

I have tried all the usual car rental companies and they don't seem to have anything big enough... They only have passenger vans, which have seats. Thanks.

Mobility.ch

At your local train station! 80 chuffs for 4 hours, petrol included. Had one last night for the Ikea trip

Hi Country_Mouse... Do you mean that there are vehicles at the train stations to rent? That would be nice!

I've rented a moving van through Europecar before, believe they still have them.

Some other local car/van rental companies also have them around here, ie. Patrick and Taximeubles, not sure what would be the equivalent in Zurich though.

You can also probably rent one through IKEA as well.

We used Extragent in Baden, found them very good.
