Parking in Zurich (near Albisriederplatz)?

I need to drive to Albisriederplatz area but not sure where to park? I found some free parking at Letzipark but still need to take the tram for 10 minutes (walking 20 minutes), free for the first 3 hours which is perfect. Any suggestions, anyone who worked in the area? I'm also not familiar with parking discs. And noticed those boards with the parking spots? Thanks.
