More likely I'll have to get the desktop model "instead-of" - i had a very neat fiberglass 1/5 Mustang in sight - complete with molded panel lines, rivets, and what have you. I have already gone the whole hog, locating neat scale gear, gear door sequencer, canopy actuation system and smoke installation.
Unfortunately the luxury of paying for a a C permit so that 25% percent of genevan residents can get away without paying any tax will preclude me from getting it this year .

Reason: Adding link to the baby
The professional pilots forum pprune is usually good for a read on http://www.pprune.com/. Unfortunately it changed owners recently and it now makes you register after a few visits

Oooooooo nice pic. Have a good friend who used to drive LC Hercs like that one down on the shelf. Now that he's gotten older and his risk appetite diminished, he drives trucks in Iraq...
Don't forget YouTube for the occasional fix. See how soon you can spot the Spitfire ...
That noise reminds me of some years ago at Coys Festival - serious classic car racing at Silverstone - a Spitfire flew over and around the track then landed on the strip in the middle. The pilot got out and climbed into his D Type Jaguar to start a race. How cool was that!
Yeah, thats a goodie, with thousands of photos. I offered to write some articles for their website, but alas have had little time.

Yes, A.net's pretty good although the constant Airbus/ Boeing bickering gets a bit wearing at times. The non-av forum is not for the faint hearted though, especially if you have liberal views and attract the attention of some of the US cavemen.
I stumbled across this link today and you may be interested. It's a real-time map from the Swiss air traffic control. It's really quite interesting stuff!
