One of the headlights of my car is not working. need to change it. Anyone knows any car mechanic/repair shops in Germany/France that can fix it? Would be added bonus if they can speak some English.

I know a fair few but they are all as crooked as a dog's hind leg.

Go to ATU over the border. They usually fix it on the spot, in the parking lot
