One thing that always wonders me is that if it works, how come they cannot even come up with a decent web page?

a) your post needs some work. You should provide a summary and offer the website as further evidence
b)
Ah, my eyes

Scam. But then I'm not an engineer.

To a lot of people building a website with all the factors like readability, graphics, colours etc is like a science from another world. So I don't get too critical about a website design.

I saw this when looking for something else. Just wondered if more mechanically-minded people make of it - i.e. do they think it works or is a con?

The website is selling ebooks. Not gas-mileage improvement devices. A quick scan seems to show the ebooks will tell you how to boffinize your vehicle - and doubtless invalidate your warranty and probably your insurance too.

If there was a system to run cars on water, wouldn't we all be using it??

Well it is like this. Your fuel-injected car delivers best performance when the mix is stoichiometric.

This is accomplished by collecting data from a mass airflow sensor, a rpm sensor, a load sensor, and a fuel pump sensor. If you pump anything unaccounted into the system your mix will not be stoichiometric anymore. Judging by their programming skills reflected by their website I really doubt they can write code for an engine management software.

Finally, anyone marketing a "free-energy" concept is by definition a scammer.

First you put baking soda into the water so you need less electric energy to generate the hydrogen gas! In our special jam jar Stainless Steel Electrolyzer Hydrogen Generator the baking soda won't decay into carbon dioxide and become a catalyst instead! Then we heat up the fuel via the motor-driven car heating before burning it to greatly save energy in an exothermal process!

I also like the beginner's kit where the goal is to atomise your fuel before burning it, since there's no bond energy left after this I can only assume they've invented a portable nuclear reactor for C and H isotopes

I think this graphic sums their offer up nicely:

Well, When I was about 8 years old, my dad explained to me that the car had a dynamo on it which would convert the motion of the engine (actually he said wheels, but for correctness let's do it properly) into electricity, and this would make the lights work.

Being very smart, I realized that all you had to do was connect this free electricity to a motor and then you could run the car off it's own motion. Simply drive around and generate power, which would in turn charge you up so you could drive around more!

Fantastic I thought, but at the time, when my dad tried to explain that it would take more energy to drive than you could get out, I was deeply sceptical.

Now this blokey can take energy from the battery to split H2O, and use the energy generated from recombining it via combustion to run the car and generate more energy.

Amazing.

My advice is to invest all your money in this technology. If you can't spot it as a scam from a hundred yards, then you deserve to have all your money taken away from you. Do please pm me if you wish to simply transfer all your savings direct to my account and cut out the middle man!
